So many beautiful details starting with architecture by Courtney King Studios, all of our master craftsmen and sub contractors, a stellar project manager in Isaac Phillips (without whom none of this would have happened), a detail oriented finishes coordinator with Summer Sackett, and an incredible wood working homeowner (did you see that beautiful custom walnut island top?!?). Oh yeah, and Oliver Phillips.

Meet Isaac, our Project Manager. He is the get it done guy. He also happens to hold a bachelors in business/accounting with a minor in economics. He is the perfect fit to keep on top of our budgets, scheduling, ordering, and all the little details of a project from breaking ground to buttoned up and done. Isaac started building houses with Oliver over 12 years ago. He has done all of the hands on jobs from running the tracker, framing, windows, finish trim, you name it. You couldn`t ask for a more experienced and detail oriented guy. However, his first love is being an outdoorsmen. “Working with Isaac, Summer, and Oliver at Living Space was a pleasure. We had some unique requirements for our home, focused on incorporating high end energy efficiency features like a geothermal ground loop & hydronic in-floor heating, passive solar, and ultra efficient appliances, and Oliver and his team did not hesitate to lean in and work with us and our architect to implement all of these effectively. Oliver and team also understood our desire to balance high quality, durability and cost effectiveness, and helped us achieve that balance in our build. Because we were managing the build remotely, it was a huge advantage to be working with people we could trust.
